**Position**:
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor to join our Service Team at Taunton Ford in Taunton, Priorswood.

You will have experience of working in a Aftersales capacity within the automotive industry and possess excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone, be able to work in a busy environment, plan and prioritise and possess the desire to consistently deliver excellent customer service.

You will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will support both the Parts and Service processes in the Aftersales department, actively promoting parts sales and executing all orders by identifying customers’ needs and promoting related parts sales. Ensuring our customers are kept up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have regarding their vehicle servicing or repairs..

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the motor industry working as a Parts Technician and/or Aftersales/Service Advisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Great telephone and customer handling skills
- Quick to learn and retain information
- Positive attitude and good sense of humour
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Ford Main Dealer experience is advantageous, but not essential

**Hours-**

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm

Every other Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
