**Job Description** Joining as a trainee dealer opens up an exciting career in the Casino industry with roles such as Senior Dealer, Inspector and Gaming Supervisor all part of a progression route with the chance to step into a management role. The Casino industry is different,there’s nothing really like it, and its one that many of our team love to work in. It really is a million miles from a boring 9-5. Dealing is a licensed, responsible position and the job comes with many great benefits including tips.

As a trainee dealer you will attend our very own Grosvenor Gaming Academy, which runs for four weeks and will give you the skills and confidence you need to thrive.

**What’s more.... you will get a £250 bonus when you have been with the team for 3 months, and a further £750 extra when you have been with us for 6 months**

**Qualifications** Training is paid, and on successful completion of the training academy; a permanent contract will be offered to successful applicants.

The paid training will take place on Monday - Friday's (5pm-1am) - 40 hours per week.

Please be aware that we operate 24 hours a day, so late shifts and weekend work will be required.

Applicants must be 18 and over
