**Field Technician -Damp Proofing**

Job Title: Field Technician - Damp Proofing

Construction Sector: Technician, Basement Waterproofing, Structural Waterproofing, Liquid Applied Waterproofing, Waterproof Concrete Admixtures, Sheet Membranes, Damp Proofing, Timber, Plastering, Joinery, Carpentry
Area to be covered: Yorkshire

Ideal living location: Leeds

Remuneration: £27,000 + overtime + bonus

The role of the Field Technician - Damp Proofing will involve:

- Technician position for various damp proofing, dry rot treatment and waterproofing solutions for commercial and domestic properties
- Carrying out day to day site treatments
- Installing waterproofing systems
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Carrying out elements of plastering
- Completing various building preservation works
- Must be able to prioritise works to meet deadlines
- Directly reporting into the Area Branch Manager

The ideal applicant will be a Field Technician - Damp Proofing with:

- Must have experience as a joiner / carpenter / plasterer
- Ideally will have good understanding of dam proofing
- Must be competent and able to plan own work load
- Advantageous to have good knowledge of health & safety
- Excellent customer service
- Full UK driving license
- CSCS Card holder
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated
- NVQ level 2 or equivalent
