**Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant**

**Location: Manchester**

**Package: £21-23K Basic Salary & Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £45K OTE Year 2, £60K OTE Year 3, £80K Year 4**

They have a vibrant office based in central Manchester that is growing rapidly and have continued to grow over the past 2 years. They also work only midto senior level appointments as well as retained searches which means higher fees and in return the opportunity to earn much more commission

**Uncapped commission**: structure up to 40% and no cap at all on how much you actually make. You also earn commission from day one.

**Learning and Development**: a supportive and structured environment which includes weekly training delivered by our Global Learning Development Manager and Senior Management Team as well as training directly from the CEO.

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role**
- Business Development and building business relationships
- Negotiating and objection handling.
- Lead & referral generating.
- Learning to become an expect in your market.

**Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements**
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 12 months sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to develop new business relationships.
- A confident personality and will not be afraid to get on the phones.
- Ability to achieve set targets and working to deadlines.
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious and enjoy a fast paced, but challenging atmosphere.
