The Job

We’re Opening a New Store

Your Mission
- Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering strong personal sales and energizing the team;
- Support strategic personnel planning to optimize Customer Lead opportunities alongside the (Assistant) Store Manager;
- Ensure KPIs, seasonal goals, and budget targets are consistently met;
- Oversee store operations including Click & Collect, cash control, customer complaints, and store presentation;
- Uphold brand values and league standards in everything you do;
- Maintain high standards in visual merchandising and store appearance;
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding a qualified team of Customer Lead store assistants;
- Ensure timely training and mentor engagement for new hires;
- Contribute to other relevant projects and initiatives as needed.

Your Talent
- Retail or assisted sales experience (1-3 years), ideally in sportswear, footwear, or football-related products;
- A winning mindset - you’re goal-oriented, thrive under pressure, and celebrate every sales victory like a match-day win;
- A hands-on leader who energizes the team and leads by example on the shop floor;
- Confident and proactive, with a sharp eye for commercial opportunities and a passion for delivering standout customer experiences;
- A natural communicator who builds trust and team spirit with both customers and colleagues;
- Excellent communication skills (Excellent standard of English speaking);
- Football enthusiast - you speak the language of the game and stay up to date with the latest gear, trends, and fan culture;
- Ambitious and positive, with a clear drive to grow take on more responsibility.
