**Hours**:21hrs per week across 3 or 4 days (to be discussed at interview)

At our dedicated enrichment service, The ELMS, we welcome day-time placements for young people who are over 18 years of age with complex and profound disabilities and sensory impairments. Our skilled and experienced team work closely with family members, social workers and school transition workers, to create a person-centred programme of meaningful activities. The young people and adults who visit our Elms Day Service can choose to take part in a wide range of different activity sessions.
**As the ELMS Administrator, typical day to day work activities will include**:
- General office administrative tasks and secretarial assistance for the department, acting as an effective and efficient support function.
- Providing effective support to the Manager, such as letter writing, creating, and maintaining databases on Excel and Word for training, collating information, checking documentation, reports and newsletters etc.
- To be the point of contact for all enquiries regarding ELMS bookings.
- To follow up and record non-attendance at sessions accordingly and in a timely manner.
- To undertake administrative tasks and provide secretarial assistance for ELMS, acting as an effective and efficient support function.
