Our client, an educational literature supplier have an immediate requirement for a Permanent Part Time HR Administrator.

**Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include**:

- Entering employment data onto the company People Portal
- Organising employee engagement meetings and taking minutes including return to work, disciplinary and grievance interviews
- Preparing vacancy paperwork and support as 1st line in recruitment
- Setting up recruitment and training events
- 1st line support on answering employee enquiries
- Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
- Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
- Updating employee records inclusing holiday, leaver, new starter and sickness records

**Besides the above you will also be responsible for**:

- Covering switchboard
- Ensuring all voice mail messages to the main office are taken and redirected to staff member's
- Reporting telephone equipment and line faults to the IT Manager
- Training all new staff in the operation of he telephone system as part of the New Staff induction process and take a pro-active approach to ensuring existing staff are properly trained on full use of the system

**3 days per week 9.00am to 6.00pm £22-25,000 (full time equvelent - salary will be pro rata'd for part time hours)**
