An innovative chartered surveying company in Central London are now looking for a Valuation Director to join their team of expert Surveyors.

Valuing Residential and Commercial property across London such as shops, offices, warehouses and homes. Working with bank panels for mortgages, investments, and developments.

You will play a crucial part to the mentoring and developing of junior Valuers, ensuring they deliver a first class service to the client.

**The role of the Valuation Director will include**
- Valuations are calculated following the correct method
- Providing accurate and appropriately priced quotes to the client
- Build good working relationships with key clients
- Supervising junior staff
- Ensuring deadlines are met
- Keeping CPD records up to date

**The Valuation Director will ideally hold**
- RICS qualification
- Residential and commercial experience
- Self-motivated
- Redbook understanding
