**Role - Support Worker**
We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Supported Living Support Worker** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare** within our Supported Living Service in the **Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, B73.**
Your role will be to support a female who has Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, learning Disabilities and Epilepsy. This can cause her to display complex behaviours of an aggressive nature both physically and verbally which can be very challenging for her support workers. She enjoys listening to reggae music and singing and dancing. She enjoys going shopping, Bowling and for walks in the park.
- **Contract**: 36 hours per week
- **Hours**: Day shifts - 8am till 8pm
- **Pay**: £11 per hour.

- Minimum of 1 years experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and complex behaviours in a support worker role

**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
