Their staff have been carefully hand-picked and have been very successful in delivering fantastic results anda high level of customer service. **Skills Required**: - 1+years Property Management experience essential - Excellent self-presentation - Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form - Highly organised with good attention to detail - Motivated to be successful and to achieve objectives - Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines - IT Literate - Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a "cando" attitude with a good sense of humour - Clean driving license and own car **Responsibilities**: - Manage a portfolio of properties - Build and maintain strong working relationships with Landlord’s, tenants and lettings branch staff. - Ensure that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescale - Manage and negotiate deposit returns through the deposit release process - Investigate and resolve informal complaints and concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches - Develop relationships with a Preferred Supplier List of contractors - Negotiate with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions - Manage a database of contractors - Carry out property inspection visits as required - Help out in other areas of the business as and when required
