SLS Solicitors is a law firm that provides valuable services to legal consumers.

Due to continuing growth, we require Apprentice Customer Service Advisors to join our organisation. You will be dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls from members of the public in response to our online advertising campaigns.

**Job description**

As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor your primary role will be to assess new client enquiries or calls submitted by members of the public through our websites or social media. SLS Solicitors is committed to the highest level of customer service, therefore your ability to communicate and empathise with members of the public is key to the role.

After receiving a new client enquiry, you will take ownership of it and vet the enquiry against our strict vetting criteria to ensure quality enquiries are distributed to our in-house Lawyers. You will be confident in dealing with clients and guiding them in an area they are often unfamiliar with (full training will be provided).

You must have experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and have a professional and pleasant manner at all times.

**This role would be most suited to recent GCSE and College graduates.**

Required Experience:

- Customer Service telephone experience.
- Experience of dealing with members of the public.
- Experience of working autonomously and in a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Desirable Experience:

- Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and targets.
- Proven record of exceeding standard customer service levels.
- Experience of digital marketing and/or social media management.
- Experience of dealing with members of the public regarding sensitive or personal information.

**Education**:

- GCSE or A-Level (preferred)

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming client enquiries.
- Call potential clients who have left their details through our online marketing campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies.
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.
- Other duties as may be requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship, Graduate

**Salary**: £4.81-£6.83 per hour

- Monday to Friday

- Oldham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
