We have an exciting opportunity for a experienced professional to join the Harris Federation’s central HR team as an HR Business Partner.

You should be CIPD qualified with proven experience of working in a senior human resources or employee relations role within a complex organisation.

**Main Areas of Responsibility**

The purpose of your role will be to support and drive Federation growth through the HR strategy. You will work with the business in the execution and delivery of business and HR projects whilst providing comprehensive HR support for the management team,including resourcing, employee relations, learning and development. This role will require the post holder to make frequent site visits to academies within the Federation’s control across London and the Home Counties. This is an operational role that willinvolve a high volume of case work at any point.
