Employee Benefits Specialist

A leading city centre wealth management company who provides services to their corporate and private clients are growing their team with an additional Employee Benefits Specialist with the purpose to provide support to the Employee Benefits Consultants.
Specifically you will work alongside the Paraplanners, as in essence this role is a Paraplanner position for the employee benefits division. Base salary is in the region £30,000, with 25 days holiday exc bank holidays and annual bonus
In the role you will process new business for Auto Enrolment, GPP’s and Risk Schemes, request new business quotes and liaise with advisers, ensure that all new business is input in to the back-office system accurately, including commission expectation anddeal with any leavers/joiners to schemes. You will issue LOA’s to Insurance Providers and ensure that all documentation is received back, request member data for scheme renewals, collate member data and request quotes or renewals and collate quote resultsand pass these to the Advisers to sign off ready to compile recommendations.
As you will be actively contributing to the development of the department, you can be sure development opportunities are on offer and you could really forge a great career at this firm.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience in a similar role, with broad and current knowledge of financial services. Industry exams aren’t essential but are preferred.
