Hotel Porter/concierge

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Porter / Concierge to work at **The Swan at Lavenham Hotel and Spa supporting **reception and the lounge area.

**Job description**

The Hotel Folk are looking for a Porter / Concierge to join their friendly team at **The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa**. As a Porter / Concierge you will be responsible for providing personal services for visitors, residents. This post will be supporting over weekends on a Friday and Saturday.

**Your key tasks as a Porter / Concierge**
- Offering a warm and professional welcome to visitors.
- Overseeing deliveries and signing for packages when required
- Building a network of local contacts to ensure high-quality recommendations
- Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints
- Dealing with lost property and locating missing items
- Liaising with housekeeping, cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
