Position Details:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor position at our Caffe Botanico, located within Sutton Coldfield. As a Supervisor, you will take charge of the daily operations and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, you'll be a pivotal part of ensuring a top-notch dining experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and motivating the team in day-to-day cafe operations.
- Fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
