- Entering data from patient feedback questionnaires into e-appraisal software.
- Ensure medical on-call rotas are fully staffed and arrange cover
- Processing extra duty claim forms in a timely manner.
- Receiving and processing sickness absence data, keeping absence tracker up to date and chasing return to work documents.
- Ensure personal files are appropriately and securely maintained in
- To assist with the on-boarding of the doctors in training for their rotational placements with the Trust 4 times a year.
- Assist with rota production for Consultants, SAS and Doctors in Training
- Liaising with new bank medical staff, completing pre-employment checks, data entry in payroll system and maintaining Bank tracker
- Assist with renewals of DBS/Right to Work documents, liaising with medics and updating systems to ensure compliance
- To provide an effective and efficient administrative and advisory service to service users on matters relating to medical staffing/medical education
- To be the face of medical staffing/medical education for the Trust internally and externally
- Working within medical staffing/medical education policies and procedures and the wider scope of legislation relating to general and medical HR issues, provide advice on terms and conditions
- First point of contact for medical workforce in providing support in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate the administration of the medical workforce job planning processes
- Co-ordinate the placement of Locum Medical Staff across the Trust ensuring approval processes are adhered to.By joining Team MPUFT, you will be helping your communities and in return for this, we will support you by;

- To assist with the search, placement and booking of locum doctors, within the agreed guidelines and in a timely manner. This includes liaising with service managers and locum agencies to ensure appropriate and safe staffing. Keeping trackers up to date with booking/approval/work dates.
- Support the administration of the job planning process for the medical workforce including using up-dating the e-job planning system
- Provide basic advice regarding HR processes for leave for medical personnel.
- Enter and maintain temporary workers data in ESR when notified of any changes such as right to work and professional registration status changes.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of terms and conditions specific to medical staff, using networks and information supplied by NHS Employers.
- Support with attendance registers and recording of undergraduate/postgraduate teaching sessions
