The PD is responsible for building and maintaining existing relationships with clients and healthcare professionals, leading and mentoring account-based teams, while delivering high-quality work. Do you want to have the chance all do all of these? Then keepon reading and apply

**We are searching for someone who**:

- Will work with the Client Services Director on larger accounts, and will assume account responsibility in their absence;
- Will successfully drive both organic growth and new business in existing accounts, supporting delivery of work across a broad number of offerings;
- Will manage the junior members of the team, driving outstanding project delivery.
- Will be driving day-to-day operations, with the support of senior management.
- Will own client relationships at a senior level, managing projects and programmes of work, often withoutsenior leadership intervention.

**Skills and experience**
- Significant experience in a publications role within a Med Comms agencysetting in the UK
- Extensive client-facing experience
- An aptitude for financial management
- Experience of line management
