AJ Chambers are delighted to be representing a highly-regarded law firm with 2 London offices.

The firm are seeking a Property Litigation Partner to join their busy Litigation department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor to take the next step in their career and work with a leading law firm who offer excellent progressionopportunities.

The role will involve dealing with all aspects of property litigation including but not exclusively advising on contentious issues in land transactions; commercial landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, rent reviews,forfeiture and the enforcement of covenants, acting for both tenants and landlords; property-related professional negligence claims; insolvency issues in connection with leases; and the enforcement of charges.

You'll be managing your own caseload whilst providing support to more junior members of staff. You'll also need to have a proven track record in business development and winning new work for the department.

In reward the company offers a competitive benefits package and a base salary of between £80,000- £90,000
