Nursery Apprentice

The Grange Nursery are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join our team providing quality childcare and education.

As an apprentice you will be signed up to our training provider who will guide you through a level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare and education.

You will also receive training in a wide range of other areas to develop your professional growth.

You will work under direction from your room leader to assist with the learning and development of 2 - 5 year olds.

Applicants must
- ** Have a genuine interest in the education and development of children
- Be reliable and self assured
- Have a good level of spoken and written English
- Be willing to undertake all the necessary training

- Support children during care routines
- Observe, support and extend children's learning
- Plan and carry out rich and stimulating play experiences appropriate for children's age and stage of development
- Be actively involved playing alongside children
- Work in partnership with the nursery team
- Share our commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
