An exciting Teaching Assistant position has opened up, working with students who have come out of mainstream education.

** £350 - £420 per week
The Teaching Assistant:
In order to be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, you must have experience working in an Alternative Provision, or a similar environment such as a Pupil Referral Unit or in a residential setting. You should have a good knowledge of the various SEMHneeds each pupil will have, as well as a solid understanding of various SEN such as Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, learning difficulties, and communication difficulties.
The Teaching Assistant Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting teachers with delivering fun and exciting lessons which will keep students engaged in their education. You will also provide intervention support to pupils either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. As a TeachingAssistant, you will need to build strong rapport with pupils in order to provide them with effective support, whether it is academic or pastoral.
