**Current Team Information**

Based in Cambridge, the UK Finance Shared Service Centre is a team of 63 people over 2 sites. It is the central service centre for the Savills UK business providing an accounts service including Accounts Payable, Expenses, Credit Control, Sales Ledger & Billing queries, General Ledger & Management Accounts, Tax and VAT, Group reporting and Compliance, reporting to Savills PLC.

**About this role**

Gaining a solid grounding in all aspects of the Finance department will compliment someone starting out in their career in finance.

You will make an impact assisting teams during busy times, offering support to the department and wider business and adding your own ideas to the processes we have. This role will work with all of the teams in the Finance department focusing on:

- Transactional processing
- Credit control
- Reviewing information & reporting in excel
- Investigating queries and liaising with the wider Savills business

**How you’ll make an impact**

Good communication and organisational skills are vital to succeed as an apprentice. You will need the ability to manage a varied workload, work as part of a team while also having the ability to use your own initiative and be passionate about delivering the best service possible for your team and clients.
- Word and Excel skills
- Good written, presentation and numerical skills are essential
- Strong time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Punctual, reliable, keen and enthusiastic
- Thirst for knowledge and self-motivation

**Training**

Level 2 AAT or Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship depending on previous experience. Full on the job training provided.

**Career development**

We will provide the full suite of Savills training programme including mandatory health and safety and office training, as well as specific training relevant to your role.

We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up to date with changes to legislation and business needs.
