**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming service requests and schedule appointments for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage and organise both customer and fleet routine service visits.
- Liaise with customers to provide updates on service status and address any enquiries or concerns.
- Process engineers Job/Service/Time Sheets daily/weekly.
- Coordinate logistics for parts ordering, shipping, and receiving to ensure timely availability of necessary components for customer orders and own stock.
- Update and maintain all spreadsheets ensuring accurate records of service activities, including equipment repairs and customer interactions.
- Negotiate with suppliers for parts pricing and availability as needed.
- Oversee parts ordering processes, including inventory management.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient workflow within the department.
- Processing and managing all warranty claims.
- All other general administrative duties.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within the automotive or mechanical repair industry is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including forklift operation, is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
