Here at Mayborn Group we are looking for a Category Executive to join our team at out Global HQ in Newcastle upon Tyne.

As the Category Executive you will be reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing and working closely with the Category Manager. You will support the Brand and Category Insights teams to drive Global Best Practice and the Growth of the Tommee Tippee brand in Key Distributor Markets.

**What you will be doing**:

- Analysing Insight data in key regions and recommend portfolio ,pricing and promotional strategy to drive revenue.
- Competitor pricing analysis and recommendation to optimise TT brand position in region
- Attend and lead regular Brand and Category training for assigned regions
- Update Digital Distributor catalogue
- Coordinate sampling and spart parts.
- Market research allocated regions : Competitor, Consumer, Channel.
- Support Desk top research for regional NPD and EPD projects
- Approve and Brief Regional POS and activation materials
- Complete Online Digital shelf audits and recommend/ track improvements with Distributors
- Ensure all NPD is launched in line with Global recommendations (4Ps)
- Support creation of presentations internal and external.
- Support Monthly reporting timetable.
- Support Head of Regional Marketing and Snr Category Manager in specific projects

**What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job**:

- Analytical and commercial experience.
- Experience with Excel, PP and Word Confident
- Confident in presenting to internal and external stake holders
- Regional market experience.
- Self-starter with the drive to investigate and proactively recommend solutions and solve problems
- Naturally interested in learning about different cultures, regions and channels
- available to travel as required.
