**The Role**

As a Technical Analyst in Just, you will provide business support and expertise predominantly for the Retail Division across all products and processes. You will also manage incidents and operational performance systems, maintain up to date and accuraterecords which support the effective delivery of service, and proactively support the production and development of MI insight in preparation and provision of Management Information to stakeholders.

**Examples of Key Activities**
- Routine production of Management Information
- Administration of Document Management System
- Management and maintenance of process guides
- Manage, deliver and/or support project work, including small change requests
- Management and delivery of small change projects
- Management of performance management tools
- Support delivery of RPA activity

**Skills and Experience**
- GCSE qualifications, or equivalent, including Maths and English (A-C Grades) as a minimum
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation and planning
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Focus on delivery of good customer service
- Proven problem solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong team player but with the ability to work independently
- MI reporting knowledge
- Experience in customer service ideally in financial services sector
- Technical/Data analysis
- Reporting
