We are working with a leading hospitality operator with a variety of successful venues across Yorkshire. We are looking for experienced and dedicated General Managers who can demonstrate excellent leadership and success in high-end, food led pubs, throughto boutique hotels.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being an exceptional leader, supporting team members to deliver successful service in each aspect of the business.
- Developing a strong understanding of the customer base, focusing on high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement to drive customer loyalty.
- Recruitment and onboarding of new team members providing support to achieve individual KPIs and identifying training requirements to ensure continuous success.
- Implementing Food Hygiene and Food Safety regulations, terms of employment, service contractors, health & safety and GDPR compliance.
- Ownership of financial performance including sales and margins, labour costs and stock control.

**SKILLS**
- Previous experience in hospitality management is essential
- Previous experience in general room management is desirable
- An excellent communicator and natural leader
- Full clean licence with access to a vehicle
