We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Female Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Washington area.

You'll be providing care and support to a female toddler, born at 24 weeks, who's individual needs include:

- Tracheostomy
- Gastrostomy

**Working hours**:
12 hour day shifts 8am to 8pm 2 days per week, or 6 hour days shifts 8am to 2pm, or 2pm to 8pm 2 days per week.

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team. We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
