Job Title: Final Parts Inspector
Location: Derbyshire
Working Hours: Day shift
**Salary**: £25000-£26000 per annum
The Role
A role has become available for an experienced Final Parts Inspector within a well-established Aerospace business based in Derbyshire, operating in a fast-paced quality driven environment.
Successful applicants must be Quality trained and experienced to complete 1st Off Inspection procedures, and will also need to comply with the following criteria:
- To carry out final inspection of detailed parts and assembles in a timely and efficient manner according to customer specification.
- Verify parts are correct to drawing requirements to include the correct orientation (hand).
- Be able to Transfer Data and information clearly and accurately from one document to another.
- Must be able to communicate with customer quality departments in a Professional and efficient manner when required.
- Must be able to read, interpret and fully understand engineering drawings including those with geometric tolerances.
- Must be able to dimensionally inspect parts using Digital / Analogue measuring equipment and shadow graphs etc.
- Must have a Good eye for detail.
- Must be able to follow written instructions and procedures.
- To be focused and be able to work to deadlines.
- Must be able to keep a tidy work area and maintain paperwork to factory procedures.
