Baby Room Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate **Room Supervisor** for our **Baby Room**. If you are Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education (or equivalent), have hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for caring for and nurturing babies, we want to hear from you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and supervise a team in the Baby Room, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate engaging activities to promote babies’ physical, emotional, and social development.
- Ensure babies’ safety and well-being, providing a nurturing environment.
- Work closely with parents and carers, keeping them informed and involved in their child’s progress.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they are confident in their roles.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
**Essential Qualifications & Skills**:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a childcare role, preferably within a Baby Room or similar setting.
- A true passion for working with babies and young children, with a nurturing and empathetic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to continuous professional development.
Salary will be dependent on experience and qualifications. This can be discussed at interview.
