**Teaching Assistant - Hayes**

**Are you looking for a Teaching Assistant position to support children? Have you had previous experience as a Teaching Assistant?**

You do not need previous experience within a school setting as a Teaching Assistant but you will have had previous experience with children in some capacity and must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Teaching Assistant.

**The Role**:

- Teaching Assistant working with children to support their learning and development
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and tidying it up afterwards as a Teaching Assistant
- Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential as a Teaching Assistant
- Support the teachers in different classes with preparing lessons and resources as a Teaching Assistant
- Work across different classes potentially depending on what the school requires throughout the course of the school day

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
- You ideally have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
- Available full time for ideally long term contracts.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
