**Overview**:
As the Head of Manufacturing and Logistics at FWF, you will lead the growth and development of this strategic sector within our firm. This senior role suits a highly experienced professional with a strong consulting background, industry expertise, and a drive for innovation. You’ll be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, crafting impactful proposals, producing industry-leading content, and overseeing a team to deliver transformative AI and automation solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Networking and Business Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key prospects in the manufacturing, automotive, and logistics sectors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand FWF’s client base.
- Represent FWF at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and promote our specialized capabilities.

**Proposal Creation**:

- Develop compelling, customized proposals that address specific client needs in manufacturing, automotive, and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with FWF’s strategic goals, highlighting our expertise in AI and automation.

**Thought Leadership**:

- Produce high-quality content, including whitepapers, articles, and presentations, on innovative trends in manufacturing, automotive, and logistics.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements and emerging technologies, offering insights that position FWF as a thought leader.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to achieve project success.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging team development and professional growth.

**Project Oversight**:

- Oversee the execution of AI and automation projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and deliver measurable value.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading consulting firm or equivalent, specializing in manufacturing, automotive, or logistics.
- Deep industry expertise, understanding the challenges and opportunities within these sectors.
- Strong networking and business development abilities with a track record of securing new business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating influential thought leadership content.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering an innovative and collaborative work culture.
- Strong project management skills, able to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £89,787.95-£115,532.35 per year
