Peppermint Bar and Kitchen have some exciting junior bartender roles starting at £10 per hour once fully trained We have full time and part time positions available and if you love what you do (we’re sure you will) there is even a chance to progress

Becoming a Senior Bartender at £10.50 you will advance your skills further. Stepping up to the Head Bartender role, taking on additional responsibilities you will receive £11 per hour and be the first point of contact for the bar team

Our Team

We are looking for our bartenders to provide a Peppermint guest drinking experience to our drinks lovers. Our bartenders enjoy plenty of freedom for experimentation in order to innovatively develop our beverage programme, be fully responsible for the creative side of the business, along with ensuring standards are kept high.

At Peppermint we proudly offer homemade ingredients and premium spirits, wines and beers. It is essential our team have good knowledge of the classic and contemporary cocktails along with very quick hands as we are an extremely high volume venue. Most importantly you must be willing to have a great time with our customers and learn and grow within the company.

Your Responsibilities
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
- Serve drinks to customer specification to customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Ensure all products are served according to specs
- Following correct bar operating procedures
- Adhere to strict cleanliness guidelines and health & safety procedures
- Have a general awareness of Health and Safety in relation to all tasks and activities undertaken
- Be fully conversant with the Company hygiene policy

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
