We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to commence, or further their career in Human Resources, as an **Apprentice People Coordinator**.
You will join our successful People team, and with support access to a fully funded CIPD level 3 qualification, whilst gaining valuable work experience to compliment your learning.

**The role**
As a **Apprentice People Coordinator**, you will support the delivery of a comprehensive first-class and 'right-first time' people service across the organisation. You will provide a proactive, reliable and effective support to the People Team through high quality customer service and excellent administration.
**What skills and experience we are looking for**:
- Minimum of Grade C in Maths and English, with a commitment to completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and well-organized with the ability to manage workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to ensure data and records are maintained accurately, understanding the confidentiality in handling sensitive personal data
- Previous experience working in a team environment (experience in HR or customer service is desirable but not essential).
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and self-motivated, with a proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Dedicated to personal development and continuous improvement
- Must be able to travel to Acton Court, Stafford (a driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable).
