**Job Title: Employee Communications and Engagement Executive**
**Location: Offices in Reigate or London
- Hybrid (minimum 40% office, the remainder at home)**
**Full time - 35 hours**

**The Role**
The purpose of this role is to support the development and management of employee communication and engagement activities as part of delivering the People strategy and ensuring colleagues feel proud to work to Just.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting of news articles for HQ (the company intranet site), regularly updating and maintaining the site
- Creation of offline and online branding and regular updating of promotional materials across all offices
- Managing and supporting a range of company events, from planning through to management on the day
- Managing the calendar of activity for the team
- Managing the team inbox and being the first point of contact for requests for support
- Supporting with the implementation of engagement surveys
- Analysing the data received from engagement surveys and supporting with action planning

**Skills and Experience**
- Previous internal communications and employee engagement experience preferred
- Managing and effectively communicating with stakeholders of all levels.
- Creativity and discipline in supporting the company brand identity
- Excellent verbal and copywriting skills
- Attention to detail, planning and organisational skills
- Proficient in Adobe suite (InDesign/Photoshop) and using SharePoint Online
- An understanding of basic data analysis and the skills required for this.
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- A degree in Communications (or similar) would be desirable but is not essential.
