Kitchen/bathroom designer wanted We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable designer to hit the ground running working for a fantastic company based near Honiton, Devon. This role is a brand-new position and comes with much excitement around it. This role is positioned to grow into more of a senior position in the foreseeable future.

This isn’t just a design something type position and then pass to somebody else. You run with it and complete the full 360 degree life cycle of the project. From enquiry, to design, through to overseeing installation ending with customer feedback and a successful new Kitchen/Bathroom

**Minimum requirements**:

- Kitchen design 1 years/Bathroom sales similar
- CAD system 1 years ( preferably 2020 fusion )/Bathroom CAD not essential as this can be trained
- Knowledge of KBB Connect and Kerridge a distinct advantage - or similar systems
- Full driving license ( this is a must I am afraid )

**Job role**:

- Deliver an outstanding service experience to our customers meeting their full project requirements
- Bring innovation and design flair to CAD designs
- Advise on latest design fashions and include these in showroom plans
- Consider and plan for customer flow and sightlines to maximise customer interest
- Build a strong working product knowledge of kitchen/bathroom suppliers
- Utilise strong supplier relationships to ensure a smooth implementation of designs in branch
- Work with branches to drive category growth
- Work with marketing to develop product strategies and individual branch campaigns
- Support design development and creativity.
- Any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the accountabilities of the role.
