As part of our continued growth, we seek a Gas Field Service Engineer; in this front-line role, you will support Jestic customers attending multiple sites each day to diagnose and repair catering service equipment across all Jestic product lines.

**What will you be doing?**

Primarily you will be working independently with regular contact with the office-based team and regional technical/supervisory support.
- Providing service and customer support during field visits.
- Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
- Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Administration of company, client and third-party procedures and protocols.
- Ensure all work is in line with current company Health & Safety requirements, including reporting any accidents or incidents in the field.

**Additional Information** Basic salary + Daily productivity bonus + 6 monthly customer service & profitability bonus. Typical earnings: £44K - £60K

Travel required within the region. Monday to Friday core hours plus 1 in 4 weekends on call.

This role covers servicing the full range of Jestic product lines within a specified region. The role will sometimes require travel to Head Office, client sites in other regions, and training/meeting venues nationally.

**Essential Skills** **What are we looking for?**
- ACS gas accredited and electrically competent.
- CCCN1, Com Cats 1, 3 & 5.
- Full clean UK driver's license.
- Accreditations from key equipment suppliers are desirable.
- Sound understanding of third party and customer processes and field administration.
- Strong technical service understanding.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Customer service skills.
- An effective communicator (verbal & writing).
- Flexibility to meet customer needs.
- One year of food service engineering post gas qualification across various equipment.
- Front line support for Jestic customers attending multiple sites each day to service, repair, and install various gas and electrical catering service equipment.
