Our client, a highly-reputable firm of Solicitors with 7 offices spanning far and wide across the UK, are looking to recruit a remortgage conveyancer to join their respected team to transition to a Conveyancer role with full training provided. The role willbe primarily completely remote, however you will need to be within commuting distance to one of the firm's offices.

The role:

- Running your own caseload of freehold/leasehold, new build, unregistered and shared ownership matters
- Meeting deadlines to a strict schedule
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with clientele and external parties
- Updating and maintaining communication with clients at each stage of their case
- Will have a minimum of 12 months re-mortgage experience
- Will be friendly, approachable and be able to provide outstanding levels of client care
- Will be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Remuneration:

- Salary to £26,000 dependant on experience
