Business Support Assistant

**Background**
An opportunity at a national law firm has arisen for a proactive and diligent business support assistant, who is highly organised and can deliver a professional administrative and support service. This role is ideal for someone with a positive can do attitude who is looking to transition into a PA role.
**The role**
The business support assistant will work closely with and report into the Senior Partnership Executive, whilst providing administrative and PA support to the two divisional heads within the Firm.
**Key responsibilities**
- Administrative support
- Pro-active diary management
- Organising internal and external meetings
- Document and file management
- Preparing necessary documentation for meetings
- Minute-taking
- Managing action logs and ensuring all actions are completed within a timely manner
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organising and attending events
- Other administrative support including ad hoc support for the wider Partnership
**Qualifications, skills and experience**
- Experience in a similar role
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with diary management
- The ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Confidential, efficient and professional manner
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Positive and proactive personality
- Someone who is flexible and willing to get stuck in
