**About us**

We’re looking for a Support Coordinator to join our Senior Leadership Support Team on a permanent basis. The team supports the RNLI through providing proactive support and assistance to the Executive Assistant, Director and Senior Leadership Team in Engineering and Supply to ensure the smooth running of the department.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Executive Assistant and Senior Leadership Team are fully supported through proactive diary, meeting and travel planning along with meeting administration, whilst also providing excellent support to the Director of Engineering & Supply and Technical and Property Committees

**Your Role**
As a Support Coordinator, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
- Help manage the Director’s diary and co-ordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements and forward programme.
- Draft responses to the Senior Leadership Team and Director’s incoming mail and general correspondence
- Manage the Senior Leadership Team’s diary and co-ordinate meetings, events, travel arrangements and forward programme.
- Support the drafting of agendas, minutes, papers and presentations for Special Interest Groups, Committee, Trustee Board, Council
- Support the Executive Assistant in drafting of communications.
- Document storage and administration of SharePoint
- Administration of Organisational charts and associated activities.
**About You**
You’ll be proactive, highly organised and shows great attention to detail with a calm and flexible approach to a busy and changing workload. The role would suit someone who strives for excellence with strong communication and interpersonal skills whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity. To be considered as the Coordinator you will need:
- Experience in Microsoft
- Experience in SharePoint
- Experience in working with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
