We’re looking for enthusiastic Retail Assistants to join our Plymouth team and help create an amazing shopping experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

**The Role**:
As a Retail Assistant, no two days are the same You’ll be hands-on in every aspect of the store, ensuring it’s always beautifully presented and stocked. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes our customers, helps them discover new treasures, and keeps them coming back for more.

**What you’ll do**:

- **Deliver exceptional customer service**, ensuring every shopper leaves with a smile and great value finds.
- **Support in all aspects of store operations**, including stock replenishment, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- **Help with visual merchandising**, keeping the store looking fresh and exciting with regularly updated displays.
- **Work in a team environment**, assisting your colleagues to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- **Engage with customers** and build lasting relationships, ensuring they have a positive experience every time they visit.
- **Support in stock management**, from deliveries to ensuring products are well-stocked and easy to find.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

Pay: £8.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
