Job Responsibilities
The core focus of this role is to support the Financial Planning & Analysis team in the successful submission of Global reporting reporting deliverables.
- Preparation of key business performance information across multiple disciplines Development of global reporting capability by working closely with the Global Reporting Systems team..
- Lead responsibility for the consolidation of capex reporting,
- Implementing improvements in capex reporting process, working closely with the Finance manager
- Reconciling and preparing Capex reporting deliverables (month end, budget, forecast)
- Assist in the development, rollout, and governance of the Capex reporting timetable, as part of the wider overall Reporting timetable.
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with regional capex champions and finance stakeholders, to ensure clarity of, and delivery of Capex reporting requirements.
- Working closely with Stakeholders to continue to identify and implement opportunities to enhance and streamline the Capex reporting process
- Supporting the compilation and preparation of reporting deliverables (month end, budget, forecast) and ad-hoc analysis requests for review by the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Reviewing and checking of reporting deliverables
- Data gathering and preparing analysis of actual and forecast results
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
