**The Role**

Due to the continued growth of our organisation, we are looking for experienced care assistants, support workers and community carers to support a young adult in her 20’s, who lives at home with her mum, step dad and brother who loves to spend time with her family and going to school.

Our client has a Wolf Hirschhorn Syndrome, epilepsy, global developmental delay and profound hearing loss. You will be required to support with seizure management, BiPAP, PEG and personal care (full training will be provided).

- 0800-2000 and/or 2000-0800

**We’ll give you**

**You’ll need**
- A minimum of 3 months hands on experience in care.
- You must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
