New Directions Care & Support are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team of dedicated Care Assistants in the Tumble, Pontyberem and Kidwelly areas. You may already be an established carer, or new to caring, either way we offer full training and support, with a 3-day induction and a buddy system once you start in your role.

**You will need to**:

- Have a full UK Driving Licence or an International Driving Licence valid for at least 6 months.
- Have your own car and be prepared to purchase business insurance.
- Be able to commit to at least 16 hours a week and available to work every other weekend.
- Be a compassionate, kind individual, who is dependable and ready to go the extra mile when required.

**The role involves**:

- Caring for people in their own homes, by supporting individuals to be as independent as possible.
- Meeting the individual needs of clients, which includes personal care (showering/bathing/dressing), meal preparation, manual handing & medication.
- Companionship, which includes trips out into the community.

**What we offer**:

- £12.00ph weekdays and £12.50ph on weekends.
- Weekly pay.
