**Senior Matrimonial Solicitor | Dorchester | Full Time | Flexible hybrid working available | £45,000 which will be negotiable plus a profit-related bonus scheme**

Mustoe Shorter Solicitors & Advocates was formed in 1999 by the merging of two well-established Dorset Firms, Howe & Shorter and Cousins Coombe & Mustoe, whose history can be traced back over 100 years.

We believe in individual attention to clients as well as the traditional values expected of solicitors. Our team have considerable experience in dealing with the requirements of both business and private clients, in many areas of law.

**Are you the right person for us?**
- 3 years PQE
- Supervisory skills
- You will have experience in running your own caseload including:

- Divorce
- Financial Remedy
- TOLATA
- Experience in advocacy

**What will your role as a Senior Matrimonial Solicitor look like?**
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients
- Proactively managing cases including Divorce and Finances, Pre-nuptial Agreements,

Separation Agreements, Cohabitation and Property Disputes (TOLATA).
- Excellent advocacy skills with experience of conducting proceedings in court
- Supervising staff within a busy Matrimonial Department
