Project Coordinator

**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, they will require strong team working abilities and a keen understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in a joinery or fire door environment. The Project Coordinator will assist in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and fire compliant.
**Duties**
- To co-ordinate information flow from order receipt through planning, manufacture to ex works.
- Post order, take project lead, ensuring product approval confirmation occurs on time, aligning client programme and company lead times.
- Ensure product provided meets fire and security compliance regulations and legislative requirements whilst also being mindful of client design brief.
- Coordinate project activities, including meetings, documentation, and reporting.
- Identify potential to value engineer products (working with Technical Team) on order were applicable to offer cost savings to the company. Identify variation costs not within original scope of order to be raised with client.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain organized records of all project-related documents and communications.
- Oversee detailed production batch information for manufacture, agree priority sequencing of doorsets to meet site requirements to enable efficient on-site distribution/installation.
- To develop a professional and technical knowledge of all company products, relevant Building Regulations, ensuring compliance.
**Skills**
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in a joinery or fire door environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
