**Duties**
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks promptly while maintaining high standards of food quality.
- Engage with customers, providing assistance and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Support kitchen staff with various tasks, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation or a restaurant environment is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- A passion for culinary arts and a desire to help others enjoy their dining experience.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
