**Support Worker**
Our client is looking for experienced Support Workers, with a minimum of 3 months experience.
You will be joining the team to help deliver the right kind of care and support.
Making a difference, and coming home feeling rewarded by your achievements.

? Be over the age of 18
? Have a minimum of 3 months experience
? Have a passion for providing the right kind of care and support
? Have a person-centred approach, where the needs of your client are of the utmost importance to you.
? Excellent communication skills
**The Role**:
? Support with personal care and meal times
? Promote independence
? Respecting an individual’s choice
? Working as part of a team
? The ability to be patient, and flexible to help support residents to explore new interests and engage with new activities.

? DBS - initial payment from applicant is required, this is refunded after 6 months of working for the company. Thereafter DBS’s will be covered by the company.
? Hourly pay starting from £10.50 with weekend and bank holiday enhancements.

? On-going support, through training and staff reviews
Full and Part time hours available
Shift patterns can vary from 7-12 hour days.
