**We are seeking to recruit a Student Support Specialist who will be specifically known as a ‘Farm Educator’ to work at our Bedale site.**

**The main specialism of the post will include -**
- **Planning, delivering and evaluating farm study sessions, liaising with SLT and farm staff as required.**
- **Be responsible for preparing all resources, activities required for each session.**

**- Be responsible for the safe checking, cleaning, maintenance and storage of equipment. - Carry out and maintain all relevant risk assessments and risk-benefit assessments.**
- **Develop and implement an appropriate development plan for Land Based Studies in liaison with SLT.**
