**Description**

As the Operations Administrator for the R&D Data Operations team within the Data Office, you will support a global team of Data Operations leads and analysts in a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting area within Biopharma R&D and Oncology Business Unit. In thisrole, you will support tasks for a high-performing team to ensure timely, high-quality and innovative support for data asset lifecycle management including data access management. You will actively support business process services and capabilities deliveredwithin the team, promote wellbeing through delivering on administrative tasks with team oversight and prioritisation, implement effective problem-solving and decision-making, and provide real-time feedforward to enable continual growth and development forprocess optimisation. You will also roll up your sleeves to fill resource gaps and take on special projects when needed.

**Operations Administrator Responsibilities/Duties Include**:

- Independently and pro-actively resolve issues and challenges, ensuring delivery of day-to-day administrative activities and programs
- Possesses good overall knowledge of customers' needs and the business and utilises this knowledge to provide proactive customer support
- Proficient in company systems, processes and technology
- Provides administrative services to senior leaders and special projects
- Establishes and maintain a robust professional network across Data Office teams

**Profile**

**Operations Administrator Essential Requirements**
- 2+ years of experience in administrative role supporting complex projects and senior leaders
- Experience working in a fast-paced global environment balancing competing priorities
- Expert capability in Microsoft Office Suite and proficiency with virtual meeting technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and employees at all levels
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner
- Strong organisation skills, detail-orientation and flexibility/adaptability to meet changing business demands
