**The Role**:
To take telephone calls and provide early help advice and work alongside all practitioners in the Integrated Front Door to support the safe, appropriate and timely decision making for all Contacts through the Front Door and provide any other administrative liaison role as determined by the Integrated Front Door Team Manager.

To facilitate the flow of communication and data between the Integrated Front Door and safeguarding partners and vice versa and act as the coordinator of intelligence requests made by the Integrated Front Door to safeguarding partners. Collate all responses by safeguarding partners as well as gain supplementary information on behalf of the Integrated Front Door Consultant Social Workers or Team Manager as required for decision making.

To ensure that information sharing is managed confidentially and appropriately as specified and requested, this must be in accordance with data protection and confidentiality policy and procedure and adhering to the timescales set by the Consultant Social Workers or Team Manager.
