We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Night Residential Support Worker (Waking Watch) to join our small team in Brierfield. As a Night Residential Support Worker you will provide high quality care to children and young people residing in the home.
No qualifications or experience required as we provide full training to support you in your role
Working hours: 10pm to 8am
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off rolling shift pattern
- It is a requirement that the postholder remains awake at all times to carry out duties within the Home and to be able to respond to the needs of the young people in residence at all times.
- This post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.

**Salary**: £12.00
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
